I originally learned about marble art when I was teaching prekinder, and loved that it was really rather simple to do yet the end results are quite beautiful! So I gathered the materials and set up for marble paint art!
Dirty D and Princess used cookie sheets while Curls (with a brand new not so curly hairdo) used a cake pan to help keep his marbles in check. Then the kids picked a couple paint colors and put their marbles in the paint and rolled them around to get them covered in paint. Then they put their marbles on the paper in their tray and started shaking and tipping the tray around.
Curls did for a few moments but decided he'd rather hold the marbles. |
The best thing about it? The cookie sheets and marbles rinse right off, so it looks like messy art, but it really isn't!
Here's where I linked up!

I've done this with my kiddos. We had a lot of fun with it, and it looks like you guys did, too!
ReplyDeleteWe did! It is so fun to do, and simple enough that my toddler could manage! :)
DeleteWe haven't tried this yet but I plan on it. I love how the mess is contained! :)
ReplyDeleteI love that too! Thanks for stopping by! :)
